Scan-to-CAD

Mesh in. Manufacturable CAD out.

Turn raw 3D scans into editable, feature-aware solid models. Cadio understands not just what a part looks like — but what it does.

The problem

Scans capture what a part looks like — not what it does

A 3D scan produces a dense triangle mesh. It records every surface deviation, every scan artifact, every stray point. But it cannot tell you which holes are M6 bolt holes, which surfaces are sealing faces, or which edges carry a 2mm fillet. Raw geometry without design intent is not manufacturable.

How it works

Cadio bridges the context gap

Feed Cadio a mesh alongside photos, dimensions, spec sheets, and your own engineering context. The foundational model reasons across all inputs to produce integration-ready CAD with named features, editable geometry, and native file output.
